Frequently Asked Questions

Do you provide high resolution images?
Yes, our digital cameras produce very high resolution images and we can provide images in various resolutions to suit your brochure, advertising and website requirements.

Do I need to arrange the appointment?
No, just place the order with us on our simple online system and we will do the rest.  We will contact the vendors and arrange access and keep you up to date with our order tracking e-mails. We can even collect keys from your office or another agent.

When will I receive my finished order?
The photographs and floor plan will be sent to you electronically within 24 hours of us finishing the appointment.

Do you re-touch your photographs?
All our photographs are shot in a mode called RAW to produce the best possible results.  Then every image is processed to ensure perfect exposure and colour balance.  We do offer a Photoshop service to add blue skies and remove other agents boards.  We can remove larger objects such as cars as well as other items but need to be aware of PMA.

What preparation should home owners do before your visit?
Preparation really is important to getting the very best images.  We have put together a list of things that people should do prior to our visit.  Take a look at our preparation guide.  Prepare your home for professional photography

What about the weather?

What license do you grant?
When we take photographs and draw floor plans they are covered by our standard license unless otherwise agreed. This is a perpetual non-exclusive license which allows you to use the images and floor plan indefinitely in accordance with the license agreement. You may not relicense or sell the images to a third party without written permission. License agreement

Do you just do Estate Agency Photography & Floor Plans?
No, we only shoot property so no weddings or portraits, but we don’t just work for Estate Agents.  We shoot all types of property from Magazine work to Holiday Cottage Photography. Using our experience honed over the years we adapt our style to get just the right look. Floor plans for Holiday Lets are also becoming increasingly popular.

Do you offer Elevated photography?
We have found that our 9m mast is the best tool for the job.  It’s portable, affordable and just the right height for most properties to get an elevated perspective.
