When you are browsing Right Move, etc. online you will tend to see the standard internal photos. The agent/photographer will stand at the corner of the room and take the shot. Although these are essential photos for potential buyers to see the size/space of a room, there is also a high demand for detail and lifestyle shots that show off either the quality of fittings and fixtures or capture a cosy corner of a room that you can see yourself relaxing in. With the rise and rise of Social Media, agents are requesting these types of photos as a lot of them will post these as a “teaser” to grab people’s attention.
